Margy, having returned to her hometown of Taupo, where she was born and bred, recommenced a career in real estate, after living a number of years in Wellington and Auckland. Margy has enjoyed renewing old acquaintances and making new friends. Margy previously sold real estate in Wellington and then moved to Auckland where she worked for the Ministry of Justice as a stenographer and then spent a year as a full-time internal student at Massey University studying for a Bachelor of Communication degree.
Margy has a passion for interior decorating and combining that passion with listing and selling properties seemed a natural progression and combination of the two. Matching the right people to the right property is a skill and a challenge that Margy enjoys.
Margy has two children and three grand-daughters who are the joy of her life. Her interests include family, travel, gardening, walking and study.
Margy is committed to providing her clients with a high quality service which keeps them informed all the way through the selling and buying processes. Margy believes that the increasing reliance on electronic transmission between agent and client can have a detrimental effect on the communication process and believes in good old-fashioned face to face, verbal contact with her clients. Margy welcomes the opportunity to assist both, sellers to achieve a premium price for their property and buyers to find the perfect home.
