Trevor, having had over 20 years of working in the Building industry, (specializing in plumbing and gasfitting ) decided to transfer his knowledge and skill into the Real Estate business in 1990 by joining with a National Real Estate franchise in Tauranga.
After a Year, Trevor decided to accept an opportunity to further his career with another large Real Estate franchise in Tauranga, which incorporated the listing and selling of residential property, and managing and developing of 8 offices for the Company. During his time with the Company, Trevor gained his AREINZ Real Estate qualification in 1997 which provided for his immediate acceptance of an invitation to join the Company as a working shareholder and Director. Trevor also had a period of time as Managing Director before selling his shares in 2007.
Subsequently, he has relocated to Taupo to continue in the Real Estate business, having had the opportunity with his partner Bev to purchase the Taupo Ray White franchise.
During Trevor’s real estate career, he has focused on providing outstanding service and specializing in offering marketing campaigns to suit his client’s needs. This allowed him to achieve numerous satisfied clients, which resulted in him building his business with referrals and return business.
On a personal note, Trevor whom has two adult daughters, Amy and Leana, lives with his partner, Bev on their lifestyle property in Acacia Bay, Taupo, and together they enjoy their two dogs, travel, and gardening and when spare time allows a little trout fishing on their boat.
